Nigerians cautioned against shrouding Prophet Joshua’s death with mysteries


A section of Nigerian religious leaders have appealed to Nigerians to cease shrouding Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua with mysteries.

In strong reactions on the internet, some Nigerian clerics and nationals said “though the Bishop’s death was tragic and saddening, it should not be surrounded by mysteries suggesting it as an abnormal death”

Bishop TB Joshua as famously referred to, was a very influential Televangelist who died on Saturday evening after he led a summon at his Synagogue Church of All Nations in Lagos.

He was a world Icon and influential religious leader.

Nigerians warned his associates against concealing the cause of his death.

“Concealing Bishop TB Joshua’s cause of death is a deliberate move by his associates to aggrandise the Prophet beyond what is normal and socially acceptable,” said the clerics.

Bishop Joshua, an influential prophet world wide died on Saturday night at Lagos, aged, 57.

He earlier led a summon at The Synagogue Church of All Nations at the Capital Lagos.

The Bishop later held a meeting with Emmanuel TV partners, a meeting he is alleged to have said “The is time for everything, there is time to come here for prayers, and time to return home after the service, ”

An alleged statement that has yielded controversies surrounding his death.

He has been preaching and delivering summons on television and reached the world.

He further said “The greatest way to use life is to spend it on something that will outlive it,”

TB Joshua leaves a legacy of service and sacrifice to God’s Kingdom for generations to come.

Surprisingly, the Prophet was preparing to celebrate his birthday on June, 12.

An autopsy will be conducted to reveal the cause of his death.
