Kenya Film Classification Board- KFCB Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ezekiel Mutua took top musician Akothee head-on after her sizzling hot performance at Watamu over the weekend.
Akothee semi-nude photos surfaced through the social media prompting the KFCB Boss to thrash Akothee’s behaviour saying she was demoralizing the young generation.
According to Mutua, Esther Akoth famously known as Akothee exposed her nudity in front of young generation that went to drum support for their local talent.
Mutua said that Akothee was only exposing her poor, pathetic behaviours that should not be consumed by Kenyans.

“I know Kenya has talents but when such a renowned artist exposes her dirty and stupidity to remain relevant to her audience, it is a concern to all of us,” said Dr. Mutua.
He did not specify any legal action against the ‘Madam Boss’ and a mother of five but he openly expressed his disappointment on what he termed as shamefully performance.
“It’s real disturbing when I see some men and especially the young generation glorifying such actions,” noted Mr. Mutua.

The show that received maximum hype from Radio Maisha went down at Watamu within Kilifi County over the weekend.
Among those who went on the stage is Coast Songbird Nyota Ndogo.
Akothee has become an international brand having hit collabos with Nigerian top singers Mr. Flavour where the two produced a hit song ‘Give it to me’ and another hit song ‘Oyoyo’ where she featured Mc Galaxy from Nigeria.
Akothee who was born and raised at the lake side of Kisumu but lived and invested at the Coastal part of Kenya is however not shaken by such sentiments and accusations saying that she was only living her life and she wanted to be natural.
