The Star Newspaper Mombasa based Photojournalist John Chesoli celebrated his silent birthday on Monday.
Chesoli who his colleagues in the practice refer to him as Chesoli Mapicha thanked God for the blessings in his journalism journey.

Chesoli may not throw a birthday party to his friends and colleagues in the media fraternity this year due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Chesoli has been practicing journalism for the last 5 years attached to The stars newspaper Coast region bureau.
He has covered various news functions capturing the actions through the lense of the Camera.
The professional photojournalist developed love for the camera and he has since then focused more on telling the story through the lense.

“Photojournalism is a skill and if merged with creativity you are in the right track,” he disclosed.
Chesoli has captured the high political figures, the street families, entertainment concerts, land disputes among other daring stories.
Apart from his skills Chesoli is also a news reporter who files news stories to his editors from his daily field assignments
