Renowned talented actor Jamal Nassul was on Thursday laid to rest at Kikowani Muslim cemetery in Mombasa.
Nassul succumbed to injuries after he was stabbed several times by a woman acquaintance Grace Kananu at a club in Syokimau, Machakos County Wednesday night.
Nassul’s body arrived at their Frere town home in Nyali constituency Wednesday night before his burial on Thursday mid-morning.
Meanwhile the suspect behind Nassul’s murder Grace Kananu appeared before Mavoko court Principal magistrate Charity Chebii Oluoch on Thursday.
However she did not take plea after police were granted five more days to complete investigations.
The suspect will remain under police custody.
