There have been circulating rumors that Kwale based Citizen TV reporter Nicky Gitonga may embrace Islam after getting a new wife.
On Saturday, Gitonga was at Magutu area in Ukunda, Kwale County to finalize dowry negotiations with his in-laws after snatching a glowing Biasha Mwinyi Ndoro, his third love.
The renowned Gitonga, a living large journalist who also reports for other Royal Media Services brands including the most listened to national radio station, Radio Citizen and Bahari FM says he has been in troubled relationships and the third one will give him peace of mind and heart.
The father of two Nikki and Liam is already expecting a third born from his new love.
Biasha is said to be two months pregnant.
“I was slowly sinking into depression and after realizing that begging my first love to come back to me could no longer bear fruits, I decided to accept and move on,” said Mr. Gitonga.
Gitonga says he is a Christian and will remain a dedicated Christian.
He, however, did not state clearly the religion of the yet-to-be-born child.
After the dowry settlement, Gitonga threw a party to his close media practitioners in Kwale County.

Mr. Gitonga a hard-working Coast-based journalist has been reporting for several Royal Media Services brands for years.
He has covered various stories including politics, gender, social and children rights issues among many others.
