According to the Legislature, Boda boda operators must provide their transport services without flouting traffic rules.
“Don’t be moved by the increase of passengers during the festive season and ride recklessly, adhere to the traffic rules so that you harvest from your operations,” he said.
Badi however appealed to the traffic Police officers to avoid harassing Boda boda operators but instead dialogue with them on how best they can work within the provided traffic laws.
