Former KNUT Chair Mudzo Nzili’s house burnt

Former Kenya National Teacher’s Union- KNUT Chairperson Mudzo Nzili’s house was on Sunday morning reduced to rubbles.

The Swahili house located in Kwale town was reduced to ashes in what the cause of the inferno is yet to be established.

Fire fighters from both Mombasa and Kwale counties rushed to salvage the situation but the property had already been destroyed in the early 5 am Sunday morning inferno.

No one was injured during the incident but not of the tenants in the 12 roomed house rescued anything.

Police have launched investigations into the cause of the fire.

The 12 families left homeless have appealed to well-wishers to help them with food and beddings as they did not rescued any belongings.
