Former love birds Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua and Lillian Ng’ang’a have turned to be strong enemies with their recent separation turned ugly.

On Thursday, Ng’ang’a accused Mutua of harassing her and refusing to accept and move on.

With her lawyer Philip Murgor on Thursday, Ng’ang’a accused the governor of secretly selling her vehicle.

“Mutua, accompanied by his police guard, Martin Nzinghi arrived at my apartment parking lot at Kileleshwa, Nairobi, and without my knowledge or consent and using a spare key which he had legally obtained, drove away my personal motor vehicle registration no. KBY 186G- a car which had been fully registered in my name since 2014,” she said.

She also alleged her shares in Ndash Enterprises Ltd – the hotel company – were transferred without her consent.

“At no point did I execute a transfer of my shares or otherwise transfer my 1,800 shares in the company,” she said.

Ng’ang’a has called on DPP Noordin Haji and Inspector General of police Hillary Mutyambai to probe the matters.

“Governor Mutua threatened to “crush me to ashes” after she called for an amicable separation during a meeting in September, accompanied by two friends. I filed a case in court seeking a restraining order in October,” revealed Ng’ang’a.

Ng’ang’a revealed that she was never married to Mutua, but rather they were long-term partners.

“This amounts to insidious form of Gender Based Violence, known as psychological and economic gender-based violence,” she said.
