Tenants of a three storey building at Tudor area in Mombasa are at verge of contracting disease as a result of burst sewerage systems at their residential house.
The tenants say that the house which is under unknown agent within Mombasa houses over 24 families and a spare parts shop at the front has been poorly managed for many years and the tenants now wants a clear repair of the house.
They said that they have been paying up Ksh. 23,000 for the two bedroom house where water connection was cut off three years ago without any formal communication from the owner.
The residents are now calling the Mombasa County environment department to intervene and ensure proper environment cleanliness is strictly adhered too.
The agent whom the contacts were shared is yet to pick calls or give any response over the matter.
