Mombasa residents have fully backed the appointment of Nadia Ahmed Abdallah as the new Chief Administrative Secretary in the ICT Ministry.
Ms. Nadia will be in charge of innovation and youth affairs in the Information Communication and technology ministry.
She has been instrumental in the digital world and a strong member of the Swahilipot Hub headed by its Patron Mr. Mahmoud Noor.
Nadia a youthful leader is moving to the ministry after she got President Uhuru Kenyatta’s node in the Tuesday cabinet reshuffle.
President Uhuru said in his new appointments, he has nominated at least 7 youthful leaders some below the age of 30 years.

On Monday, Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i and ICT CS Joe Mucheru graced a youth forum after inspecting the Sea cable network while marking its 10th anniversary since it landed in Mombasa through the Indian Ocean.
Others who sent their congratulatory messages are Mombasa Senator Mohammed Faki and Reachout Centre Trust Chief Executive officer Taib Abdulrahman both urging the new appointee to take up her new roles with zeal and serve the nation diligently.
