ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi has reiterated that their union with wiper Democratic Movement party leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, Ford-Kenya’s Moses Wetangula and Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has nothing to do with ODM disintegrating.

Mudavadi said as ANC party leader he has been involving himself with his 2022 presidential journey and nothing else.

Mudavadi who recently addressed journalists in Mombasa said ODM views that the party might be the cause of its fall is regrettable.

According to Mudavadi, ANC has no business with other political parties conflicts and it has been highly concentrating on expanding its wings to recruit more members countrywide.

Malala oust

“The decision by ODM to oust Kakamega Senator Cleophas Wakhungu Malala as the Senate Deputy Minority Leader is regrettable. This is an affront on democracy and all its tenets,” said Mudavadi.

He continued, “While all manner of excuses will be floated, it is clear to all of us that Malala was removed because of his role in the recent Matungu by-election where the ANC candidate, he campaigned for, won with a landslide. I am proud of my Senator and I stand with him totally,” he added.

He said Kenya no longer has room for political deception, Big-Brotherhood syndrome and intolerance.

2022

The ANC party leader has been campaigning in the Western region, his home turf to woo local communities to support his political journey.

He said his focus is the presidential seat and nothing else.

“ANC is not entangled into political wrangles but a party with proper political strategy ahead of the 2022 general polls,” he said.

The once strong ODM party recently experienced mass exodus from its top brass.

The Western and Coast region have been for years the strongest ODM zones, a situation that was recently turned upside down.
