Amani National Congress (ANC) Party leader Musalia Mudavadi on Sunday gnashed the state saying it has failed Kenyans.

Mudavadi who was launching his presidential bid during the Amani National Delegates Congress at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi said the government is broke and is experiencing bad economy situation and heavy debt.

Mudavadi who mercilessly shuttered the government urged Kenyans to strongly reject President Uhuru Kenyatta preferred successor, saying Kenyans should be very cautious if they no longer want to live on their knees.

“They have made themselves bankrupt and the people too, is this what we want as Kenyans,” said an unforgiving Mudavadi.

He said the thieves have taken everything from poor Kenyans and none is paying tax but they enjoy corruption deals with each other at the expense of Kenyans.

“Kenya is at dangerous crossroads, how can we accept to live in our knees?” he posed.

Mudavadi said the government has been suffocating the goose that has been laying golden eggs’.

“The tax burden has been imposed on Kenyans making their lives even more difficult and unbearable, this should be tamed by Kenyans themselves by rejecting political projects,” he reiterated.

The ANC Party leader continued to put it in black and white as he further crashed the ‘Handshake’ partners.

“When our youth and many other people are killed and dumped in River Yala, where are these ‘handshake’ partners?” he posed.

Mudavadi, who only recognised the presence of Deputy President William Ruto, Ford Kenya Party leader Moses Wetangula and other legislatures, without mentioning the presence of other OKA Principals Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka and Gideon Moi said he is not ready to board a train of liars and that is full of lies.

“Even if we talk about coalitions, Azimio is not an option,” Mudavadi laid bare his unshaken sentiments and innermost expression and thoughts about the ‘Azimio la Umoja’ initiative led by ODM Leader Raila Odinga.

During the much hyped ‘Earthquake conference’ OKA Principals Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka and Gideon Moi walked out of the conference together with businessman Jimi Wanjigi after they entered the ANC delegates conference where over 6,000 delegates had convened.

“We are under the hostage of barrons engrossed in political self- preservation and who are enjoying the corruption deals in the government,” charged Mudavadi.

The presidential hopeful says their must be a clear plan to creat jobs for the youth and generate wealth for the country or else the country will explode.

“If we have become untrustworthy in the public eye then we have destroyed the flavour of the salt of leadership, in this critical moment when Kenyans must decide, I caution Kenyans kindly beware of those who can never be trusted,” Mudavadi appealed.
