Mombasa youthful generation was on Thursday evening hit by shock and disbelief after learning of the sudden demise of a Social media activist Ghalib Asadullah.
Assadullah a renowned social media activist and who has been keeping Mombasa county government on check passed away shortly after experiencing difficulties in breathing.
He had posted on his Facebook account about how he will be looking while at the age of 70.

He has been a human and animal rights activist, nature conservationists, a food lover, would post anything about politics and would raise his voice whenever he detected inhumanities.
He has been the marketer at Aisha culture delights in Mombasa.
The prominent social media activist has been a renowned chef at Ganjoni with zeal in Swahili and international cuisine.
According to his family he experienced difficulties in breathing on Thursday afternoon and dies shortly at a private hospital in Mombasa
He will be buried after 9 pm Thursday at Sunni cemetery behind Sapphire hotel within Mombasa Island.
Among those who expressed their shock are top Actor and model Ali Bin Kubo who wished him safe place in heaven.
On his part distinguished mentor Mahmoud Noor termed the late Ghalib as a friend who would use the social media wisely by highlighting major concerns which would prompt actions from relevant authorities.
“We are in deep shock to learn of the demise of our colleague Ghalib, may the Almighty God rest his soul in peace,” noted a pained Noor.
A popular anti-drug Czar and Reachout Centre Trust Executive director Taib Abdulrahman also sent his condolences to the family expressing his extreme shock over the sudden demise of the social activist.
