An independent candidate in the Msambweni by-election Feisal Abdallah has appealed to Msambweni residents to support his bid in becoming their Member of the National Assembly.
Abdallah said his zeal to serve Msambweni residents aims at accomplishing all the pending projects that were left pending by the late Msambweni MP Suleiman Dori.
Mr. Abdallah said he traversed all parts of the Constituency with the late Dori and all the development agenda are clearly known to him.
He said his main objective is to ensure the late Dori’s dream is fully implemented.
“We have no option but to fully implement the five year work plan already in place. We kindly seek your support so that we accomplish this development agenda,” Abdallah told Msambweni residents.
He said all the infrastructure, Women and youth empowerment, education, water among other initiatives launched by the late Dori will be accomplished and locals enjoy better basic services close to them.
“We should be very cautious with those being ferried from other parts of the region to come down here and abuse us. Let’s focus on our developmental agenda,” noted Mr. Feisal.
Feisal was once an Orange Democratic party member but later the party fronted Omar Boga for the contest.
However, Abdallah never backed down but opted out of the party and decided to go it independent.
Feisal said leadership and the zeal to uplift the living standards of locals is pegged on Msambweni dwellers and not on political parties.
He appealed to Msambweni residents to embrace kinness in the ballot.
Abdallah has received the backing of Deputy President William Ruto and a bigger percentage of Kwale county political leaders among them Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya and his deputy Fatuma Achani
Msambweni by-election is slated for December 15.
